Tai Chi is a slow meditative form , originating in China.
For greater health benefits, It is practiced slowly and gently by people of all ages.
Tai chi is particularly helpful in making you aware of your balance, and can help improve co-ordination and relieve tension and stress,
Sessions are all done standing, ( no floor work),
Every one will be able to ask questions and work to their own ability.
