A general Keep Fit group of classes which is run in 6-week blocks - the sessions are from 3.00-pm  until 4.00pm on Mondays at Paston and Gunthorpe Community Centre, Hallfields Lane, PE4 7YH. The cost is in the region of £24 for six weeks The tutor is Matt, a member of the Vivacity Health and WellbeingTeam, who can adapt any exercise to suit the individual’s ability.  The classes include aerobic, balance and strength exercises.
