We do not run a pro-rata scheme

PLEASE NOTE

• THE MEMBERSHIP YEAR RUNS FROM 1^ST SEPTEMBER TO 31^ST AUGUST. THERE IS NO PRO-RATA SYSTEM.
• MEMBERS ENROLLING UP TO 1^ST JUNE IN ANY YEAR   WILL BE REQUIRED TO RENEW THEIR MEMBERSHIP BY 1^ST SEPTEMBER OF THAT YEAR.
• THOSE ENROLLING AFTER 1^ST JUNE WILL HAVE MEMBERSHIP UNTIL 31^ST AUGUST THE FOLLOWING YEAR.

POINTS TO NOTE

• If you complete the online form but select not to pay at that point - once the application has been reviewed by the Membership Secretary (normally within 72 hours), you will receive an email from the system advising you how to pay.  Please check your Inbox and your Spam/Junk folders for this email before contacting the membership secretary asking how to pay 
  
  
• If the Online Payment option is selected then payment is taken immediately you press the submit button after entering your card details. 
  
  
• If you find emails from Peterborough U3A from pu3asystem@peterboroughu3a.org.uk in your "Spam" folder then to avoid this happening in the future please add pu3asystem@peterboroughu3a.org.uk to your list of "Safe Senders" in your email software.  Information on how to do this can be found here (opens in new Tab).
  
  
• If you use the online joining system automated emails are sent as soon as you complete the application.
